- Lubrication by pressurised circulation of oil, fine screen filtering in main flow.
- Valve control by rocker, push-rods and tappets.
Characteristics:
- Direct Injection.
- Compression 1:22. Good cold start performance.
- Fuel orientated mixture preparation. Result: excellent exhaust quality.
- Speed regulation by spring-loaded governor. Proportionality <5% at 3000 / 3600 rpm.
- The control cover houses the governor, the entire valve drive, the injector pump drive and the automatic decompression system and oil pump.
- Oil drain on both (narrow) sides of the engine. This gives free access of at least one drain position for almost all installtions.
- Dry air filter with paper cartridge and integrated pre-cleaner.
- Cooling fan and AC generator incorproated in the flywheel (not sensitive to dust).
- 4 separate engine fett permit mounting on uneven foundations. Differences of level up to 1mm can be corrected.
- Exhaust outlet flexible in relation to both position and direction of exit.
D-Series (1D41 1D50 1D81 1D90) Single Cylinder Engines:
Supra
The margin between the minimum and maximum requirements a diesel motor has to satisfy has increased continuously over the past few years.
On the one hand, the Third World farmer whose demand for technology can be met by a turning shaft stub; on the other hand, the mechanical engineer who is looking for an engine with several power take-off facilities, an integrated hydraulic pump drive, a "high-tech" regulation which In addition is silent, non-polluting, smooth, compact and light-weight.
Can all these features be combined?
Yes they can! With an engine which can be "dressed up or dressed down", which transforms itself into a high-tech product by adding modular components and which limits itself to the essentials by omitting the superfluous, which can be manufactured in such a cost-efficient manner thanks to sophisticated production technology, that it is also attractive for the user who only needs basic technology. It goes without saying that the demands on all levels share a lot of common features. In any case, the drive engine is to be robust, durable, and easy to service and operate. Those who are looking for these characteristics have always been well-served with Hatz engines.
The Supra engine continues this tradition
Supra Silent Pack
SUPRA is a "noise-reduced" series - due to many measures which remains below the noise levels of older engines. Moreover, SUPRA is the first single-cylinder diesel series worldwide, which can be equipped with organically adapted, noise-reducing encapsulation.
The result: SUPRA SILENT PACK
Multi Cylinder Engines:
G-Series (2G40) Multi Cylinder Engines:
